看了你的锻炼项目,真是惭愧。争取从现在开始每天锻炼些。I really don't think my hu*****and or I can ever do the same as you. 我马上把你写的打印出来,晚上给老公看。他比我还不动,除了睡觉就是计算机前,叫他锻炼比我自己锻炼难多了。我有时还散散步,stretch arms (在健美先生面前汗呢!这简直是老太太的锻炼). 我要提醒自己锻炼最重要就是要克服一个“懒”字。
