请问各位医生：可用Lung washing procedure 洗肺治COVID-19？

我不是医生。我看到有用lung lavage procedure来治肺病的，千虑之后得一问题：

Can I use a ventilator to input some disinfectant such as saline , Alcohol etc. to

kill the virus?
