急问：胆总管扩张这么快，是不是搞错了？？

今天看了近日核磁共振（MRI)胆总管扩张报告为11mm;3个半月前的CT扫描为 8 mm,才3个多月，就扩张3mm; 如此，一年不就到了20mm; 报告依然认为mild extrahepatic bile dcut dilation, 与 CT 结论类似。

MRI 认为：

Mild extrahepatic bile duct dilation, without bile duct stricture or common bilde duct stone, probably of no clinical significance. If there is a clinical suspicion for an onstructing process, endoscopic ultasound is recommended to exclude a small mass at the head of the pancreas or ampulla.

医生建议进一步检查，有必要吗？什么原因导致这快速胆总管扩张？谢谢任何建议！

• 胆总管/肝外胆管扩张大多是继发性的，主要原因是结石堵塞远端胆总管，还有就是肿瘤。胰头肿物可从外压迫远端胆总管，胆管内的 -老道- ♂ (510 bytes) () 01/12/2020 postreply 17:50:41
