请问这是食道癌症状吗？

大概两个星期前感觉喉咙有异物，但不疼不痒，去做了喉咙的ultrasound, 没问题。约了throat doctor要两星期以后。后来网上査了下发现其实应该是食道问题，食道癌早期症状之一。我五年前做过肠镜把食道，胃，肠都检查了当时没问题。娃小现在很担心。不知道食道癌病变形成要多长时间？我只知道肠癌病变要很多年所以医生推荐十年后再做但没说食道和胃。
