The vertebral body heights and disc spaces are well-maintained.There is no evidence of fracture.The left transverse process of L5 is enlarged and articulates with the sacrum.The surrounding soft tissues appear unremarkable.

Impression: Mild scoliosis convexity towards the left.

The lateral sacralization of L5 on the left

Otherwise unremarkable lumbar spine
