如何正确吞药片

我可以保证，很多人活了大半辈子，连正确吞药片也不会，我曾经就是其中的一个，遇上吃大的维他命片简直就是要了我的命，好多次药片在我口里进进出出，不过，最后我意外地发现了一个好方法。

1. 如果药片实在太大，可以买个切药片的  Tablet Pill Cutter，切小了再吞

 

2。如果药片不大，那么就直接吞。

先将药片放进嘴里，而后喝一大口水，抬起头，将药片随着水送到接近喉咙的地方，记住这个时候不要吞，而后将头低下，再迅速吞下药片。整个过程嘴巴应该闭着。这样吞药片非常轻松自如，肯定没有困难。
