左边胸口痛，排除心脏、血管和肺，还有什么需要注意的？

我周末贴了怀疑冠心病的帖子，非常感谢大家的注意和建议。

昨天星期二凌晨，胸口实在痛，不敢马虎，匆匆忙忙去了ER急救室，结果没有查出什么问题，包括心电图和验血，一切正常。昨天中午做了常规stress test, 也非常正常，做Stess tess(跑步)的时候胸口不痛，不知道会不会影响检查结果。

三个月前照了X-ray, 胸部正常。也没有呼吸困难，或者咳嗽之类的，所以我觉得肺应该没问题的。

但是，现在左胸口还是时不时有点痛，并且觉得是里面痛，不像是骨头痛。是否还需要做个 echo stress test? 我个人不喜欢 nuclear stress test, 因为有强烈的放射性。

如果不是心脏、血管、肺，还可能是什么问题呢？应该不要紧了吧？
