请教,

上星期本人有个牙套松动， 牙医暂时把黏回去了 但是说最终可能要植牙. 因为9年前做牙套时是打了一根很细的钢丝，这个钢丝靠近牙套的那一头其实是有螺纹的， 牙套是依靠这个螺纹与钢丝连接。现在这个螺纹部分损坏了，没法修复， 所以只能植牙。 现在科技那么发达， 难道真的没法补救了吗? 能不能把那个钢丝取出来再放一个？ 或者放一个更粗的呢？

除了植牙， 还有什么其他选择呢？
