脾胃改善是无意得到的结果

1,我买了2个月的热瑜伽票200加元,可以每天去,每天1.5小时;也有别的瑜伽,比如vinyasa flow and yin yoga,我做瑜伽很上瘾,很投入,

2.喝beets +苹果等打成的水,连渣一起喝。看见大家说吃beets, 我就种了一片,种了就得吃呀;正好邻居给了很多苹果。做热瑜伽需要喝大量的水,我就喝大量的beets apple 水。同时,我还喝mint tea +rose flower, 除了tea 都是新鲜的,我自己种的。以下是从网上copy 的,吃beets 的好处太多了!!!
