follow up my elevated alt and ast blood testing

Two weeks ago, I have posted this question (see below):

I had my liver panel retested two days ago, today got my blood work result back. Everything is normal. So like to tell everyone, exercise can affect those blood work (alt and ast). I had run 3 miles in 30 minutes and had boost camp too. It is better to take easy for a few days before you have blood work done.
