I went through what you have been going through last year. I had bad sprain on my ankle. It took me a good 4 months to be able to walk right. This is a good exercise for ankle sprain. Make sure you move as much as you can to prevent from venous problem. Unfortunately I had it even though my ankle heeled due to my injury.
