长寿的根本 --- 来自于道德经的启示

”不失其所者久也。“  也就是说心安其所， 心态平和的人长寿。 

 

更具体一点讲，

（1） 要知足：甘其食， 美其服， 乐其俗， 安其居。

（2） 在为人处世上， 为而不争。

（3） 在对待自己上，  少思寡欲

 

大家都行动起来把， 这样心态越来越好， 好处多多， 长寿只是其中一个。。
