claims are based on scientific data. At least I do not think "而是铁过剩" is a right claim. It is very hard to have 铁过剩 with normal diet. Diet caused 铁过剩 was only reported in Africa because of a particular diet. I am pretty sure you can find more evidence about iron deficiency related complications.

I wish causes for aging are as simple as excessive free radicals.
