If you have read "Born to Run," do you remember Ann Trason, the chemistry teacher in an SF community college?
She ran a 20-mile in the morning, breakfasted, ran another 20-mile, took care of some plumbing job, and, pleased, treated herself another 15 miles, all in one day.
With inspirations like these, it's hard to hold back ;-)

所有跟帖:

你不是她啊,你不是都伤筋了嘛?跑步的最怕的就是跑不了只好养伤,所以还是注意点为好。 -Manymore- 给 Manymore 发送悄悄话 Manymore 的博客首页 (0 bytes) () 09/20/2014 postreply 18:35:12

Of course I'm not her. I might be better ;-) -7grizzly- 给 7grizzly 发送悄悄话 7grizzly 的博客首页 (44 bytes) () 09/20/2014 postreply 18:38:16
