Nivolumab Clinical Trial 探亲母亲能否参加， 是否应该考虑参加？

我母亲三个多月钱被发现友有肺癌。已经要订好来美治疗。

今天刚刚这里提到Nivolumab新药被日本批准。

我母亲的情况是非小细胞肺腺癌，肿瘤比较大，已经开始吃易瑞沙效果效果很好，肿瘤已经缩小很多。咨询美国这里咨询的认识的癌症医生，他建议在易瑞沙抗药性到达之前开始小剂量化疗等。我们打算采用他的建议，来这里让他治疗。没有美国的医疗保险，费用要全部自己出。

看到这个Clinical Trial的信息里要召集的参与者完全符合我母亲的情况。

想问这里各位有经验的朋友，这种情况我母亲可以参加吗？从治疗价值和治疗费用两方面考虑值得参加吗？
