请帮看看kidney ultrasound result: mild pelviectasis on right kidney

Right upper pole calyceal diverticulum 1.8x1.7x12cm with calcification. Bladder 未有异常。 以前的left right kidneys 都只有cysts with independent milk of calcium. 现在这是什么情况？右肾老痛。 不会有大问题吧。谢谢了！
