闭经了吗

本人无知,3年前开始月经不调(闭经),没听西医去用激素.也没想要去看中医.现在皮肤有问题,went to see family doctor, he ordered blood test.现在他告诉我是更年期末期, 我才39.现在看中医还来得及吗? 怕激素有负作用
