the articular cartilage over the hip joint is maintained.

the sacroiliac joints are unremarkable.

normal intervertebral T2 disc singnal in the lower disc is maintained.

there is no evidence of inguinal hernia or other pelvic pathology.

the pelvic viscera are otherwise unremarkable.

bilateral femoral heads and neck has symmetric signal.

no abnormality is identified in the left femoral neck corresponding the radiographic findings.
