Tiny marginal osteophytes along the anterosuperios margin of L3 and L4 vertebral bodies are noted. There is no spondylosis or spondylolisthesis.
LEFT HIP: Examination shows 1.1 x 0.9 radiolucency with tiny gragments of bone densities in the inferomedial anatomic neck of the femoral head. Articular margins of the head of the femur and acetabulum appear normal. Hip joint space appears normal.
IMPRESSION: A 1.1 x 0.9 cm POORLY MARGINATED RADIOLUCENCY WITH TINY BONE DENSITIES IN THE MEDIAL INFERIOR SUBCAPTITATE FEMORAL HEAD. THERE IS POSSIBILITY OF CHONDROPBLASTOMA, OSTEOID OSTEOMA, AND CHONDROMA NEEDS TO BE EXCLUDED. FOR FURTHER EVALUATION MR OF LEFT HIP IS SUGGESTED.
