No, not by Johnsons&Johnsons, it's by Target (Target's own brand

I remember I was clearly called and asked my friend while I was in Target to buy the gel. Target's is with Aloe and v-E. I actually compaired both carefully when I bought it.  The ingredients are similar, but percentage of each is not shown of course. I guess Target may have the formula just about right.
