游泳是个很好的锻炼身体的活动。

首先是帮助减压，帮我挺过一边工作一边读博的艰辛岁月。又，上周毕业论文答辩通过了！

能帮助保持体型，减少缀肉。我又能穿下几年前买的牛仔裤了，从而节省了添置新衣的花消。

游泳是看着容易做着难，要克服重重阻碍，如心理上的恐水厌水，体能上的谐调性和持久性，等等。这能培养顽强的意志，我现在的目标是争取能游一个lap.

看看我新买的游泳衣，很合身。
