腰间盘突出 345节突出

妈妈腰间盘345节突出,比较严重，现在压迫双腿股关节以下疼，腰不疼。膝盖附近神经疼，腿不敢回弯。曾经做过脊椎微创手术，无效，今天吃了advil ，疼痛减轻些，但这也不能治本。Should she keep taking advil or should stop at some point?

请问有没有药可以辅助治疗的？妈妈现在美国，要看什么科医生？能给开药吗？还是维持治疗？
