I have a 8cm fibroid.  had similar symptom.  if you go to store that sells chinese herb(in china town), there is some kind of soup(i don't remember the name, just ask around) that can cure bloating problem.  I had some chinese herb, then got stomach ache, so I stoped herb, and that bloating feeling went away as well.
