I recommend you to see a general internal medicine doctor.  The diagnosis can be very broad from some pretty mild easily treatable diseases all the way to malignancy such as lymphoma.  I am not trying to scare you but you need to see a doctor to have general blood and urine work done.  You seem to need more diagnostic work up such as imaging test to make a diagnosis. Hope my opinion helps.
