口服前取尿液检查，尿蛋白 100，口服葡萄糖后两小时，尿蛋白 50 。

This is dipstick study and is not quantitated accurately.  You will need to have random spot urine to test microalbumine level, or 24 hour urine to collect for total protein level.

Diabetes caused proteinuria will take a while to develop.  In your case, I do not think they are related.  You can surely have A1C measured, which now becomes a diagnostic tool.
