女儿开始青春发育，满额头都是青春痘，

她总是控制不住要去抓，经常抓破，看得我这个做娘的很心痛，深怕以后会留下巴痕。 请问有什么办法让她不要去挠，或搽点什么，只要不要留下巴痕就好。谢谢。
