80年代初好像还没有新型复合避孕药呢。不妨看看96年的研究

我想之所以这次的研究没有讨论，是因为10多年前已经有定论了吧。

看Cautions and contraindications（禁忌和注意事项）一节的讨论，从“The large 1996 collaborative reanalysis of individual data on over 150,000 women in 54 studies of breast cancer found that”开始。

结论是：
This data has been interpreted to suggest that oral contraceptives have little or no biological effect on breast cancer development, but that women who seek gynecologic care to obtain contraceptives have more early breast cancers detected through screening.

这跟London Metro里面引述的阿伯丁大学的教授说的是一个意思，就是服用避孕药的人更容易检测到乳腺癌的早期症状，而不是用药导致了乳腺癌。

而且这个部分放到服药禁忌的章节，可以知道并非是药的副作用，而是在有心血管疾病等情况下不能服药，否则可能会使某些疾病恶化。因此在英国GP会定期给服药的妇女做检查。
