Please help me look this BONE DENSITY SCAN report

Me: 51, just stopped period this month. 5’3, 108lbs. eat Centrum multivitamin/multimineral supplement 3 tablets per week.(not per day). Eat calcium 4 tablets per week.( not per day). So I just eat one tablet per day, either Centrum or calcium.

My question: What should I eat now based on this report?

1. Lumbar spine (L1-L4)
Bone mineral density: 0.777gm/cm2
Z score: -1.6
Age matched: 82%

2. left femoral neck
Bone mineral density: 0.577gm/cm2
Z score: -1.6
Age matched: 77%

Fracture rick: overall near-term fracture risk is low

Interpretation: These results show the z-scores are with in the expected range for age.

Comments: General treatment measures including 1200-1500mg/day, vitamin D800-1000 IU/day. And a weight-bearing exercise program should be recommended or continued unless otherwise contraindicated. Vitamin D supplements maybe optimized by measuring a 25-hydorxyvitamin D level. Preventive treatment with an anti-resorptive medication must be determined on a case by case basis. Reassessment advised as future clinical risk factors dictate (consider comparison at time of menopause, as her T-score in the humbar spine is current at -2.5 and the left femoral neck is -2.4)
