It is tough to make a diagnosis online, since your condition will warrant detailed exam and imaging study. You did not tell me your surgical history, etc, so I can only guess. I would worry about possible appendicitis according to your symptoms if it was just happened. But you seem to have it for a while, and it still can happen. Indigestion is another possibility-too much gas in your bowels that cannot be expel. It is also possible that it is caused by endometriosis, surgical adhesion, ovarian tumors.

The top priority is to see a doctor now.
