This could be wrong technique used by the X-ray tech.

Before he/she takes a picture, you are supposed to breath all the way in and out. It is possible that you have COPD. But if you don't have any symptoms, this is not likely. And only further detailed testing can confirm that you have COPD. As long as you don't have active TB on the X-ray, that all you have to worry about. Your doctor will decide if you need further testing.
