Your son is not anemic according to the lab values. His MCV is also normal, which means he doesn't have either microcytic or macrocytic anemia. At this time, he doesn't seem to have bacteremia. If he went to the hospital already, he probably has been ruled out for UTI and meningititis. No one will know if the infectious agent is Toravirus or not. But it will not change the management. I think as long as you can keep afebrile, he will do fine.
