IVF is the way to go. Dealing with fallopian tube anolmaly is an uphill battle. You are not getting younger and losing valuable time. I know people who have harvest 5 eggs and had 3 fertilized successfully in Beijing. In the United States is much more expensive, while equally effective. In China, you can actually pick the sex of the baby if you like, while in the US this is considered unethical by some, but not all doctors. Getting help from Chinese traditional healers is like not doing anything or worse, they might mess you up, and waste your valuable time. By the time you have menopause, it is game over.
