胆固醇变坏得好快，怎么办？

这里是这几年的数据：我自己不敢相信下滑速度这么快。我一向很注意饮食的。

大家有什么意见：

2006: Cholesterol total 135 HDL 74 LDL 47 Triglycerides 71
2007: Cholesterol total 148 HDL 74 LDL 64 Triglycerides 52
2008: Cholesterol total 147 HDL 62 LDL 75 Triglycerides 50
2009: Cholesterol total 164 HDL 59 LDL 93 Triglycerides 58
