I can't agree with you. 10 years ago, my aunt and her best friend both were discovered to have breast cancer. My aunt underwent surgery only. Her best friend did chemo and radiation after surgery. My aunt died within 3 years. Her best friend is still alive. There is a higher probability for success with chemo, but not 100%. On average, Japanese cars are more trouble-free compared to American cars. But if your Japanese car is a lemon, you will be the biggest Anti-Japanese car advocate in the world. Doctors always ask what they patient want for their treatment. In my aunt's case, she refused the chemo and paid the price.
