我该怎么办啊?

我不到30,儿女都有,但是两个月前发现左乳有黄豆大的一粒东西.做了B超,X-RAY,医生说还要做活检.我怕,可我没人讲啊.要是癌症怎么办?孩子们怎么办?我的父母肯定经受不了这样的打击,只要他们知道了,特别是我妈,肯定会倒下.怎么会这样?我该怎么办?
