请教有关Vitamin D 服用的问题

前几天作妇科年检，血检结果显示Vitamin D 25 OH是14，低于正常范围30-150. OB给开了六个星期 的处方药VITAMIN D 50000 IU，一星期2 次， 每次50000 IU。我年纪不到40，没有骨质疏松等VitaminD缺乏引起的疾病，平时也没有什么诸如疲劳，嗜睡和骨痛的感觉。


想请问一下这样剂量的VD算大么? Google 到一些VD 可能引起的付作用如drowsiness, unconsciousness，vomiting, stomach cramps,…及对肝肾的影响， 心里感觉怕怕的， 都不太想吃了。


是否需要找家庭医生或内分泌 specialist for the 2nd opinion?
