请教关于血压

我每次测血压都会比较紧张,在医院测一般都偏高大概在147/80左右.心跳也超过110下.
我在家用上臂式的血压计测量,一般都正常在120/75左右,有的时候第一次测的时候能到140,再测量一次就是正常值.
我这样算高血压吗?是不是不能连续测量两次?
