help! toddler needs surgery

两岁的儿子需要手术，手术本身是个小手术，但需全麻。有姐妹有过类似经验或懂麻
醉的，给科普一下吧。全麻有几种？各自的risk有多大？作为家长可自己选择麻醉
师吗？家长可在手术前与麻醉师谈谈吗？手术可在A。知名大医院，resident作. B.
小医院，attending physician作。A 好还是B好？谢谢！
