1.你的体重正常吗?---如果你体重偏轻,先加强营养,把身体调好.有了好的身体,精神好,心情舒畅,应该会增加、提高兴趣和欲望的。同样地,也把睡眠解决好。search一下健康坛里的帮助治疗失眠的帖,有很多人有宝贵的经验。

5.我很惊奇你的医生没有引起重视.美国医生是很注重这个问题的.病人一说,若不是身体的原因和服用的药物引起的,都会refer你到夫妻关系和心理咨询等心理专家来解决的或开药给你.记得下次见医生时告诉他们,这已经很严重地影响到你的夫妻生活和感情了.看他们有无办法帮你.
6.看看一会儿有无专家来指导或中医师们的独家秘方.
