no-surgical treatment first. most of cases should be managed well by no surgical therapy.

if the no-surgery do not work, for example, patient can not be normal function daily or the pain limites patiets' daily life. at this point, patient should think the final therapy - surgery. be sure have two surgon's consultation.

Before the surgical procedure, you have to/must know the correct diagnosis. otherwise not go for surgery.
