Abnormal urine bleeding 60 year old woman

我上星期五去做了annual check up with my family doctor. Today in their portal I found following as encounters:

• Abnormal uterine bleeding
• Abnormal uterine bleeding
• Hematuria
• Pyuria

are those serious?
