花椒's opinion may very well be right. However, I try not to

reach a diagnose without seeing the patient, on the web. Anything is possible. We can not be wrong by being careful.

Another thing is, if I tell you: don't worry, it is growing pain; and it turns out it is not growing pain. You can not even find me to sue me. That is not fair for you.

Anyway, hopefully, your boy does have growing pain.
