急问！父亲住院，吃不下饭，怎么办？

父亲在国内，85岁，有家人照顾。最近因无力走不动路，胃口不好住院，刚做完各项检查，要周一才知道结果。

1. 目前情况还是吃不下东西，护工说晚上睡不好，咳嗽，总想小便，起来了又没有多少。

2.有高血压，一直药物控制

3.几年前诊断前列腺癌，保守治疗，定期复查指标没问题

4.平时不爱活动，近一年很少出门，腿没力气，走不动路

请问父亲这种情况，可能是什么原因？该如何护理，能吃些什么？可以吃蛋白粉吗，或者料理机打主食糊糊，蔬菜泥，果泥，能多少吃一些？
