no, some person will not get antibody after vaccine, some person's antibody will fade out graduadlly.

The problem here I have is I am not sure whether I need to boost my antibody since I am not sure how much antibody I left in my body (maybe I am wrong here, I am not sure whehter there is a way to tell how much antibody left)?
