请教,有什么好方法漂白牙齿?

因为经常喝茶, 牙齿变得有点黄. 虽然一天刷三次牙, 还是不行.

我用了CREST的漂白牙齿的贴片. 效果好象不明显, 而且牙齿变得SENSITIVE. 也不知道成分是什么, 会不会对身体有影响,有副作用.

大家可不可以推荐一下有效的,安全的,无副作用的WHITENING的方法?
