第一次自己做皮，包云吞。

一大早带孩子出去hiking，回来的路上，大家都饿了。回到家，马上动手包云吞。
地里摘的韭菜。


以前都是买现成的皮来包云吞。现在越来越担心食物安全性，所以今天试了一次自己做云吞皮。
和面：两个鸡蛋，半杯水，三杯面粉，和成硬面。
用压面机压成长条。


然后切成小片，就可以。
包好的云吞味道美极了，自己做的皮尤其嫩滑，孩子非常喜欢。而且，也不太难，比包饺子容易多了。
配上地里的香菜苗。


剩下的边角包了几个云吞。
