车祸---请网友分析责任何方？(续1)[图]

谢谢大家在上贴的宝贵分析，今天我又送了6张照片给aaa保险公司。
（这些照片事发当天我已经送给agent，但没有加注解）

但愿这些照片能帮上我。

如果保险公司通知是我的责任，那时我才决定是否要上法庭。
