问题在于卡车公司会这末解释：
卡车司机打了右转向灯，然后把车向中线偏去完成右转（他这么做不需要打左传灯），但他的车尾还在右线， 所以你不可以从他的右边超车！这样的话，就是你的责任了。 除非你有证人正明他没有打右转灯（这让你误会他要转左），否则的话你只能自认倒霉了（下次遇见卡车小心一点）！
