there is no general cause of action based on racial discrimination. 你转帖的文章里是employment和rental这种特殊情况。象坛子里最近的事，是连案子都成不了的，所以不存在legal action这回事。不过，文章中说的怎样establish racial discrimination，还是对的，albeit in the context of employment and rental.
