URgent: wasp sting on my son's privet part

MY son is 7 year old. yesterday morning when he was naked, he was stung by a wasp on his privet part. I saw it red a little, so put some neosprine and send him to shcool. Then one hour later, school called and said I have to pick him up, he cannot walk. When I came to school, and checked to find out his privet part was swallow like huge pipe with a califlower on the top. and it was very scary. I took him to the doctor office, and they gave him some benedry and that is it.

 

I thought after a good night sleep, it will be better, but the shape still there, but he said the pressure is a lot better.

What should I treat him to make it get back to normal? How long it will take for it go back to normal?
